- Look up education taken through all providers as submitted to IDFPR.

Real estate license renewal requirements are based on your original license date. Select the date you received your license to see your education requirements for license renewal.
How to renew your Broker license
After completing education requirements, submit your license renewal application and $200 State of Illinois licensing fee to IDFPR’s license renewal portal on or before April 30, 2026.
